Nonk Terms & Conditions — Full Terms of Use

Nonk.app ("nonk", "we", "us") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between nonk and the user of the platform ("you", "user").

By accessing, registering with, or using any service on Nonk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use nonk.

These Terms are written in Bengali because nonk believes transparency is a user's right. Every effort has been made to use plain language instead of complex legal jargon — but the terms are equally binding regardless.

To use Nonk, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You are participating in betting activities voluntarily and with full awareness.
• There are no court orders or legal injunctions against you that would prohibit participation in such activities.
• You are operating the account in your own name and for your own use.

Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing nonk. If we find that an account is being operated by someone under 18, it will be immediately closed and all transactions will be reviewed.

Each individual may hold only one account on nonk. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance will be subject to review.

All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Registering with false details is a direct violation of nonk's Terms & Conditions.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact nonk immediately.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address active at all times.

Nonk will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or chat. Any such request is a scam — report it to support immediately.

Nonk currently accepts Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Minimum deposit is ৳100.

Important things to note when making a deposit:

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Always provide the correct transaction reference number — an incorrect reference may delay your deposit.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 5–10 minutes.

The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from Nonk:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing time for standard members is up to 15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will be transferred to your main balance only after the wagering requirements have been met.

Nonk complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. If unusual withdrawal patterns are detected, additional verification may be required — this is for your own protection.

Keep the following general rules in mind when placing bets on Nonk:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available.
• Live betting means placing bets after a match has started — odds update continuously in real time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Nonk reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Betting limits are determined by account type.

Nonk reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet — particularly if unusual or systematic betting patterns are detected on an account.

The following general conditions apply to all Nonk bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer has a specific wagering requirement.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per phone number or payment method.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must generally have minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Bonus validity expires within 30 days of activation, though specific offers may have different time limits.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, nonk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and place the account under review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nonk and may result in account closure if violated:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud or manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using nonk for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Abusive, offensive, or threatening behaviour towards Nonk staff.

These prohibitions are in place to protect both the user community and nonk. Any violation detected will be acted upon immediately.

Nonk may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• If a security threat to your account is detected.
• At the user's own request.
• Self-exclusion at the user's request for responsible gaming.

Where possible, nonk will notify you by email before any account closure. Any valid balance will be returned provided no terms have been violated.

Nonk believes betting is for entertainment — not a source of problems. With that in mind, nonk offers a range of responsible gambling tools:

• Self-Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently deactivate your account.
• Reality Check: Reminds you how long you've been playing.
